What it does

Prompt2Pump uses MoLFormer-XL molecular embeddings to compare candidate drugs against drugs that mimic or reverse exercise signals. It places them on a PCA reference map and matches gene sets against LINCS through Perturb-Seqr.

My role

I defined the exercise signal using MoTrPAC, improved the model, wrote the documentation and gave the final presentation.

Results

The project won 1st place in Track 5 of the Stanford Multi-omics Hackathon 2026.
