What it was
TB research centers in Seattle, San Francisco, San Antonio and other sites worked in small groups on shared TB drug-trial datasets: cleaning and preparing them for meta-analysis and running early analyses of side effects across trials. I joined at UCSF and ran exploratory analyses in R using the event repository.
